What is your returns and exchange policy?
Faulty products will be exchanged or refunded in their original condition with proof of purchase and are accepted within 14 days after the item was shipped. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges. Please note that all discounted items are FINAL SALE. Gift vouchers are not redeemable or refundable for cash.
Jewellery: Unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange items due to colour choice or change of mind, largely due to health and safety precautions.
Leather products and scarves: Refunds or exchanges of unused leather goods and scarves in their original condition and packaging are accepted within 14 days after the item was shipped. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
