INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – DUTIES & TAXES
Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax free threshold. In most cases our products will be under this threshold, so no charges will be payable. Please check the tax free threshold in your country to be sure.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Unfortunately, not. Your beautiful new leather piece must be delivered to a physical address as we require a signature on delivery.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You or someone at the address must sign for your delivery. This is to ensure your order reaches you safely! If you are away when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a collection card.
CAN I GIVE A ZURII PIECE AS A GIFT?
Yes, absolutely! Each piece is delivered in a beautiful gift box that makes for the perfect present. Just enter the recipients details in the shipping address section and we will deliver your gift to their door.

WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN?

LOST OR DAMAGED
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within ten days from confirmation of dispatch. Please provide your details, details of the item and the tracking number sent with confirmation of dispatch.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We’re sure you’ll love your new carry wear piece, but just in case, we do accept returns and exchanges. All products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Return your order to the address below within 14 days of delivery. Please include a copy of your original invoice. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges.
All discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift vouchers are not redeemable or refundable for cash.

Leather is a natural material. It wears as well as you treat it. Just like our skin! Be sure to waterproof your new leather piece before using it. Repeat every three months. This will keep your piece in mint condition and reduce the chance of stains or dirty marks appearing.

- Wipe with a damp cloth to clean
- Store in a cool dry place. Ideally keep it in its dust bag
- Dry slowly if leather gets wet. No speed drying or heat
- Keep away from pens, rough surfaces and direct sunlight
- Don't use soaps, cleaners, baby wipes or Lanolin products to clean
